Ridings Administrative Services Inc.
originally began as a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Richard S.
Ridings. It started June 1, 1992 and was incorporated November 26, 1997.
The company started slowly, growing one
client at a time. Each client put more demands on the skills of the
owner. Each satisfied client, provided hands-on training on some new
aspect of business administration. Each skill built on the previous so
that the vision of a small company that handles administrative tasks, became a
company which helps streamline the internal procedures of many companies.
Bookkeeping, filing systems, database designs, financial management, computer
software and hardware sales and service, internet access and custom
programming all have been used to fulfill client's needs.
The owner has partnered with colleagues (other
consultants and programmers) and professionals (accountants) alike, small
organisations (Q&A Users Group, Junior Achievement of Guelph, Inc.), and
even large companies (Sage and Hewlett Packard) to help bring
the best solutions and knowledge to small business.
