Payroll Cheques

Below you will find a series of available templates.  Unless indicated, these templates are all Crystal Reports.  These are not the only options. If you have a particular need for a report, please feel free to contact us to let us know what you need.  Each of these reports can be modified for your specific needs including adding your own logo.  Modifications are extra but well worth it if you wish to create your own business image.

Note: The last two digits of the filename indicates the year version of Simply Accounting eg. 04 indicates all versions of Simply Accounting 2004, 05 indicates the template is for Simply Accounting 2005.

PC1005.rpt - This payroll cheque template is similar to the original cdn_pr_ytd.rpt however, some people who wish to add just one or two more income accounts in Simply Accounting 2005, have the problem that they do not show.  This form has added five of the new income accounts to the paycheque.  This will allow users to add to what they already use and still have it show for employees while still using the two stub cheque style.
