Invoices

Below you will find a series of available templates.  Unless indicated, these templates are all Crystal Reports.  These are not the only options. If you have a particular need for a report, please feel free to contact us to let us know what you need.  Each of these reports can be modified for your specific needs including adding your own logo.  Modifications are extra but well worth it if you wish to create your own business image.

Note: The last two digits of the filename indicates the year version of Simply Accounting eg. 04 indicates all versions of Simply Accounting 2004, 05 indicates the template is for Simply Accounting 2005.

Inv1004.rpt - This invoice template is similar to the standard invoice.rpt with the subtotal and taxes moved to the bottom near the invoice total.

Inv1104.rpt - This invoice template is similar to the standard professional invoice (ivc_pro.rpt) and has the subtotal and the taxes at the bottom.  Item code and Units columns have been removed giving more room to the Description column

Inv1204.rpt - This invoice template is similar to Inv1004 but includes the Backorder column.
